Do not give your office phone number to clients as a contact number. Never allow them to have to listen to any voicemail message. Always give your cell number so they can reach you 24/7/365. Give out your office number to vendors and the like, but never a client. The number one complaint of attorneys and insurance adjustors is that process servers take too long to get back to them. You will lose business if you call clients back 24 hours later. Always give them a quick response to their phone calls and watch what happens.
